Express Shipping: First item: 9.99 USD. Per additional item: 6.99 USD.

– Estimated Delivery: 12 – 20 days* (in regular seasons) excluding Sunday or more depends on holiday seasons. With the "Express Shipping" delivery package, the delivery time will be under 7-10 business days*.

Order tracking


You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home! Please allow 2-4 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.


If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available that just means the carrier has not processed your package yet. When the package is scanned into their system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.


I ordered 2+ items, but only received one… where’s my order?


We have a large assortment of products not stocked in the house when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they are on the way


Why have I not received any order confirmation details?


Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process, we send 3-4 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice. If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we will fix it for you.

Can the order be delivered to multiple addresses?


We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.


Do you offer delivery to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?


Yes, we can send shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.


Orders shipped to APO addresses are done so via DHL Global Mail, and then are turned over to USPS for final delivery (through the military mail system). Shipments to APOs can take up to 45 additional days to arrive.


Unfortunately, once the package enters the military mail system, tracking ceases to update for military security reasons. This means that we no longer have visibility of your order and cannot provide tracking information.

For any defective products, send us an e-mail at [email protected] for better advice. If your item meets one of the following conditions, please contact us as soon as you receive the item.


We will refund or reprint your order at no cost in the following cases:

- The product itself is flawed

- Design error: wrong design compared to information provided on our site

- The following information of product is not the same as the order: type, size

What should you do?


For any refund request, you need to report to us within 14 days since you get your items. Please provide us following information to our support email: [email protected]


Your order/invoice ID

In case you get wrong item/ damaged item please send us a picture of the item you received.

Once we evaluate, the refund request will be processed within 1-3 business days. If the request is approved by our team, the refund is expected to be arrived in 2-3 business days.


Returns


If you receive the wrong or defective items, there is no need to return them to us. In this case, we always approve to issue you the refund. It is expected to be arrived in 2-3 business days.


Please Note: We do not process a refund, reprint or return in the following cases:


Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address, not being at home to receive the delivery, not picking up the packages as requested); and

Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of our Store (i.e. not being cleared by your country's customs, being delayed by a natural disaster, showing "delivered" in the tracking system, having been shipped into your mailbox but gotten lost).

Please be informed that a management, processing and transaction fee (10% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation.

After that date, the item will be produced and we can’t support any further.
